What’s the best winery in Tri-Cities? Vote for winner in final round of our poll
In mid-June, the Tri-City Herald asked readers to nominate their favorite wineries in the Tri-Cities area.
Much of Washington state’s wine comes from the Columbia Valley viticultural area, which spans the central and southern parts of the state as well as northern Oregon.
This means there are wine tasting opportunities aplenty.
After gathering 32 reader favorites, the Herald has conducted numerous rounds of voting to crown the No. 1 best winery in the Tri-Cities area. Now 30 contenders have been eliminated.
Readers cast around 4,000 votes in the Final Four round, eliminating Kiona Vineyards and Frichette Winery in Benton City.
In the final round, two wineries will go head-to-head: Benton City’s Anelare Winery and Kennewick’s Palencia Wine Company & Monarcha Winery.
The winner will be featured in the Tri-City Herald.
