The Falls at 4112, an estimated $22 million mixed-use project, being constructed by Elite Construction and Development of Pasco is taking shape in Kennewick. The new development, at 4112 W. 24th Ave, will include a four-story, mixed-use building with 113,000 square feet and two smaller, 5,500-square-foot buildings on a combined 3.5-acre parcel. It includes 105 apartments, mini-storage units and office space. The project will be built in two phases, with the majority of the four-story L-shape building coming in first. Phase 2 will see another arm built on the west end, and the two smaller, freestanding buildings. There will be about 11,000 square feet of mini storage, and just shy of 10,000 square feet of space for businesses in the main building once both phases are complete.
