The Falls at 4112, an estimated $22 million mixed-use project, being constructed by Elite Construction and Development of Pasco is taking shape in Kennewick. The new development, at 4112 W. 24th Ave, will include a four-story, mixed-use building with 113,000 square feet and two smaller, 5,500-square-foot buildings on a combined 3.5-acre parcel. It includes 105 apartments, mini-storage units and office space. The project will be built in two phases, with the majority of the four-story L-shape building coming in first. Phase 2 will see another arm built on the west end, and the two smaller, freestanding buildings.
