The Falls on 24th

The Falls on 24th, Kennewick’s first modern mixed-use development, holds a ribbon cutting at 11 a.m., May 29 at 4112 W. 24th Ave., in the Southridge area.

The Falls includes a mix of 105 apartments, temperature-controlled public storage and commercial businesses such as a barber salon and pizza shop.

Work began in 2022 and the construction is valued at $22 million. The city of Kennewick issued a temporary occupancy certificate in March.

Commercial tenants that have opened or will open include Max Barbershop, Smooth N Slice, RBS Construction and Sifithu Pizza and Bar.

Asking rent for the apartments is $1,150 for studio units, $1,650 for one-bedroom units and $1,875 for two bedroom units.
