Possible homicide being investigated just outside Tri-Cities. Pasco man died

The death of a Pasco man whose body was found Sunday morning is being investigated as a possible homicide.

The body was found in a car about 6:45 a.m. on Taylor Flats Road near Selph Landing Road, which is about two miles north of Pasco, Washington.

Franklin County Coroner Curtis McGary later identified the man as AlanMichel Hyde, 27, of Pasco.

An autopsy will be scheduled, McGary said.

“The Sheriff’s Office is taking all appropriate measures to identify all leads and is investigating this as a homicide,” Franklin County Undersheriff Monty Huber said in a short news release Monday morning.
