New Fusion Fest music festival includes week full of deals for ticket holders

After a year of restructuring, reorganizing and rebranding, Fusion Fest is officially here.

Completely separated from the company’s origins as the Get Down festival series, Fusion Fest features the core concept of a community-oriented music festival in Tri-Cities, without the complications or leadership from previous years.

It features a weeklong celebration of local business and collaboration, leading up to a day full of regional musicians of various genres performing on a Tri-Cities stage.

Here’s everything you need to know about Fusion Fest 2025.

Tri-Cities festival Fusion Fest

The event was taken over by Emerald Spark Events, an event management company ran by Dara Quinn and Alicia Cullison. Together, the two have experience running businesses, live music, large events and community collaborations.

They call the re-imagined festival “a celebration of music, culture and community.”

All week serves as a lead-up to the main stage event. Businesses throughout Tri-Cities have partnered with Fusion Fest to offer special deals and events in collaboration with the Fest. Anyone with a festival wristband can enjoy these perks all week.

The main event on Saturday features a full day of music onstage at John Dam Plaza, plus a smaller kids stage, vendors, food trucks and more. This is free to attend, but wristband holders get sectioned off areas closer to the stage, with VIP directly in front of the music.

A beer garden through The Emerald of Siam will be available to all in attendance, even those without wristbands. It will utilize The Emerald’s token system seen at events like Thunder on the Island and Live@5, allowing for quick and easy payment. You purchase as many tokens as you’d like, with most alcohol covered by an $8 green token and other beverages like water and soda covered by the $2 yellow token.

General admission wristbands are $30 and VIP wristbands are $50. Perks are the same during the Fest week, so VIP benefits come into play on June 14. These are still available online and can be purchased mid-week.

Wristbands can be picked up at The Emerald of Siam any time this week. You’ll get a partner map to go with it, outlining all the deals you can take advantage of.

Since they’re used all week, the wristbands are not made of paper. They have a sliding bead that moves in one direction, so it can be tightened but not loosened. You’ll need scissors to remove it once it’s on.

Lost wristbands can’t be replaced unless it was originally bought online and you can provide a receipt with your name. Wristbands that are defective or broken can be replaced if the original is brought back.
