Tickets go on sale at 8 a.m. Friday, March 4, and cost $25. Admission into the fair is also required.

Currington is behind such hits as “Don’t Hurt Like It Used To,” “People Are Crazy” and the Shania Twain duet “Party for Two.”

Since his 2003 self-titled debut album, Currington has tallied 11 No. 1 singles, according to a release.

In 2006, the “self-effacing Georgia boy” won “Hottest Video of the Year” at the fan-voted CMT Music Awards. He also earned Grammy nominations for Male Country Vocal Performance and Best Country Song after the release of his 2009 hit “People Are Crazy.”

“Possessing one of the smoothest and most distinct voices in any genre of music, Currington is equally skilled at delivering upbeat summertime anthems, as well as exploring the complexities of life and love with a poignant ballad,” read the announcement.

Currington released his most recent album, “Summer Forever,” in August.
