The fleet’s lone piston-powered racing boat was on display in front of the Grigg’s store in Pasco.

The annual three-day Tri-City Water Follies Columbia Cup races and air show starts Friday on the Pasco and Kennewick shorelines of the Columbia River just upstream of the blue bridge.
