Andrew Hall threw a complete game and Caiden Thomsen went 3-for-3 with three RBIs to lead Walla Walla Valley to a 4-3 win Saturday over Sioux Fall, S.D., in an elimination game at the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pa.

Walla Walla will have Sunday off before returning to the field at 5 p.m. Monday against the loser of Sunday’s Fairfield American (Conn.) and Lufkin, Texas, game.

Saturday, Walla Walla got on the board in the first as Drew Coleman scored on a wild pitch. A double by Thomsen put two more runs across the plate for a 3-0 lead.

In the fifth, Keegan Weston hit a triple to right field to reach base, and Thomsen sent him home with a single to the right-center gap.

Marcus Phillips drove in all three Sioux Falls runs — a solo homer in the first, and a two-run bomb in the sixth.
