Soccer: Sondag scores twice, but Hanford falls at home to West Valley

WEST VALLEY 3, HANFORD 2: Emily Sondag scored both of the Falcons’ goals Saturday in the losing effort at home against the Rams in nonleague play.

The first came in the 2nd minute, and the second in the 47th. Gabby Turner made 10 saves in net for Hanford.

LEWIS & CLARK 9, SOUTHRIDGE 0: Freshman keeper Aly Masterson had nine saves, but the Suns got shut out on the road in nonleague action at Hart Field in Spokane.

Southridge had six shots on goal, two from freshman forward Kassadi Suituno.

RICHLAND 2, UNIVERSITY 1: Brielle Fillmore and Sydnee Hay each scored goals and Hannah Hagler had nine saves to lead the Bombers to a nonleague home win over the Titans.
