Dewey leads Kennewick past Pasco in girls bowling

Behind Samantha Dewey’s 186-191 performance in scratch games, the Kennewick High School bowling team defeated the Pasco Bulldogs 3-1 at Spare Time Lanes in Kennewick.

The Lions improved to 2-0 in Mid-Columbia Conference action. They were scheduled to face Selah on Tuesday, but the match was postponed because of high winds. No makeup date has been determined, Lions coach Oscar Garnica said.

Jackie Gonzalez bowled a high game of 185 for Pasco (1-2), which took the first baker game.
