Kamiakin girls golfers win Lee Dolquist Invite
Three Kamiakin girls golfers landed in the top five, and the Braves won the team title at the Lee Dolquist Invite on Thursday at AppleTree Golf Course in Yakima.
Brianna Esvelt finished second with an 84, nine strokes behind medalist Jalayne Martinez of Pasco. Mia Johnson was third with an 86, and Alexa Clark and Southridge’s Meredith Hibbard tied for fourth with 87s.
Kamiakin had a total team score of 352, while Southridge was second at 390.
