GOLF: Walla Walla's Daniels leads PNW Men's Mid-Amateur
Walla Walla’s Tyler Daniels is tied for first after the first round of the Pacific Northwest Men’s Mid-Amateur Championship at Runnyng Y Ranch in Klamath Falls, Ore.
Daniels fired a 3-under-par 69, sharing the lead with Bjorn Bjorke of Port Orchard.
Richland’s Chris Indall is tied for eighth with an even-par 72.
The tournament continues today with the second round. After today’s round, the top 60 plus ties will advance to the final round on Thursday.
