CBC volleyball finishes strong at Clackamas Crossover

Columbia Basin College lost two pool play matches Saturday at the Clackamas Crossover tournament in Oregon City, but the Hawks bounced back with three wins to win the consolation bracket.

CBC beat Umpqua 25-21, 25-20, 25-14 in their first match of the day, ending pool play. The Hawks then beat Edmonds 25-19, 25-20, 27-25 and then Yakima 25-20, 25-21, 27-25 in the consolation final.

CBC’s Callie Hanson and Morgan Wilder were both named to the all-tournament team.
