Former Kamiakin volleyball standout Miller earns NAIA honor

Eastern Oregon University senior Amanda Miller (Kamiakin) was selected as an NAIA third-team All-American on Tuesday.

Miller, who holds the all-time kills record for EOU, helped the Mountaineers (24-11) to the NAIA national tournament, where they reached the round of 16 before falling to top-ranked, undefeated and eventual champion Lindsey Wilson in four sets.

Miller had 16 kills to lead EOU in her final college match. She finished her career with 1,391 kills.
