Mexico vs South Korea Lineups, Score, Live Streaming, How and Where to Watch on TV In USA & Other Countries

Mexico's second game in Group A of the 2026 World Cup will be against South Korea. Both national teams won their first group stage match last week on the first day of the tournament.

Mexico defeated South Africa 2-0 at the Mexico City Stadium with goals from Julian Quiñones and Raul Jimenez. They topped the group with three points and a goal difference of +2.

Later that day, South Korea defeated Czechia 2-1 with goals from In-Beom Hwang and Hyu-Gyu Oh at the Guadalajara Stadium.

This will be the third time in World Cup history that Mexico and South Korea face off. In the 1998 World Cup, Mexico defeated South Korea 3-1 with a goal from Ricardo Pelaez and two goals from Luis Hernandez.

In the 2018 World Cup, Mexico defeated South Korea 2-1 with goals from Carlos Vela and Javier 'Chicharito' Hernandez.

Where to Watch Mexico vs South Korea - Matchday 2 Group A 2026 World Cup

Mexico vs South Africa will kick off at 9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. PT in the United States. The match will kick off at 7 p.m. local time at Guadalajara Stadium in Zapopan, Mexico.
