Ferran Torres was in a relationship with Sira Martínez, who is a professional equestrian (specializing in dressage) and the daughter of PSG manager Luis Enrique.

Torres was dating Martinez for a few years while playing for when he played for Manchester City and then FC Barcelona. Martinez reportedly ended the relationship in May 2023 to focus on her career in dressage riding.

Torres' mother is M. Dolores Garcia Alcover; his father's name is not disclosed. Torres has one sibling, Arantxa, who is his older sister. Their relationship is strong, and while playing for Manchester City, Torres shared that they have matching tattoos.

When talking about his older sister, Torres said, "We've always been so close, always together, in the good moments and in the bad ones, and this is why we decided to both have the same tattoo, because we are very important to each other."
