Away from football, Soucek has a wife and kids who live with him in London, England. Soucek has been in England since 2019, when he joined West Ham after leaving Slavia Prague.

In 2020, Soucek married his partner, Natalie Dobrovodska.

Tomas Soucek's wife is Natalie Dobrovodska. The pair got married before the 2020-2021 Premier League season.

The two have three children together, two daughters and one son. Their daughters are named Tereza and Karolína, and their son is named Daniel.

Soucek and Dobrovodska celebrated a league title in the Czech Republic with their first daughter when the midfielder played for Slavia Prague and won the league in 2019.

Soucek praised West Ham United after making 250 appearances and reflected on arriving in London, England, with his eldest daughter and now having three kids.

Soucke said, "On a personal level, it [West Ham United] means a lot for me, for my wife and for my kids, because when I came, only my oldest daughter was one year old, but now I have three kids, and everyone knows how to only live in London."
