Victor Wembanyama's Sister Lands Magazine Cover During NBA Finals

Victor Wembanyama isn't the only member of his family making headlines during this year's NBA Finals.

Wembanyama, the No. 1 pick from the 2023 NBA Draft, hasn't backed down from the bright lights this postseason. The San Antonio Spurs star is averaging 29.0 points and 9.7 rebounds per game in the NBA Finals.

"The playoffs, it's like a whirlwind. It's hard to put your head out of the water," Wembanyama said after a Game 3 win over the New York Knicks. "Sometimes, I don't even have time to watch the games back right away. I need some time off to let my brain cool down, recover. Recover as much for the body as for the mind."

While the majority of the attention in the basketball world is on Wembanyama, his sister Eve is also causing quite the stir.

Hoops Magazine France unveiled Eve Wembanyama as one of their cover models this week. The 24-year-old has also put together a respectable career on the hardwood, suiting up for France in the FIBA U20 Women's European Challengers and FIBA U16 Women's European Championship.

Unsurprisingly, Eve's cover photo with Hoops Magazine France generated significant buzz before Game 4 of the NBA Finals.

"Eve Wembanyama reveals herself in both her attitude and her game," the caption wrote. "Pure elegance, textures, lines and volumes in the garment that perfectly reflect its energy."

Eve is no stranger to the spotlight.

When the Spurs drafted Wembanyama in 2023, Eve was in attendance to support her brother.

"We're all so proud," Eve told Victor on ESPN. "We're very happy for you."

There's no question Eve is pulling for the Spurs to win the NBA Finals.

Game 4 of the NBA Finals is set for this Wednesday at 8:30 p.m. ET.
