Angel Reese Fans Accuse WNBA Refs Of Showing Clear Bias

Angel Reese's fans believe that the WNBA's referees show clear bias when it comes to Indiana Fever star point guard Caitlin Clark.

The Atlanta Dream took on the Indiana Fever this weekend. The Fever topped the Dream, 83-71. Clark had 17 points, despite suffering from an illness at halftime. However, fans of Reese believe that the WNBA's referees showed a clear bias during the contest.

Clark got away with some arguing with the referees, while Reese was hit with a technical foul for waving her hands near a referee.

"It will always amazes me how she's allowed to talk to the refs like this, anyone else attempts this their ejected, like what dirt do she have on them LOL," one fan argued.

Fans of Reese, meanwhile, believe that she was on the receiving end of some biased calls.

"But Angel gets a tech for waving her hand (nowhere near the ref btw). This the (stuff) I be talkin about man," one fan argued.

Reese's fans argue against WNBA referees

Reese's fans continued to sound off.

"Both had moments that could have earned techs tonight, but CC had more. Boston had one as well which is unusual for her. The refs were definitely told to let them talk some tonight. I think they knew this game would have a large audience and they wanted those fireworks," one wrote.

"Yo this a pattern with Indiana fever Caitlin Clark intimidating refs by getting in their Mugs shouting at em throwing her hands up in a frenzy demanding they call fouls for her. Strange how the refs just walks away from her with no Tech calls," another fan argued.

"The refs need to start facing the freaking media too cause we need to hear from them directly why they do/dont make certain calls. They need to be held accountable," one fan added.

"Stop putting these two players in the same sentence, they do not belong together. They do not play the same positions, they are completely different. No reason to put them together," one fan added.

What do you make of how the WNBA's referees handle Reese and Clark?
