WWE Legend Trish Stratus Has Fans In Awe Over Yoga Video At 50

WWE legend Trish Stratus still knows how to leave wrestling fans speechless from time to time.

Stratus joined the WWE in 2000 and immediately became a force in the women's division. By 2006, the iconic wrestler won her record seventh Women's Championship. She had incredible battles with Lita, Molly Holly and Victoria among others.

In 2013, Stratus was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. Although her days of competing on a full-time basis are over, she reminded her fans that she's still in great shape.

Stratus shared a yoga video this Thursday that showed off her incredible flexibility.

"This pose feels a little like meeting an old version of myself," Stratus wrote. "I still haven't made the return to my practice yet - life, grief, healing … but that's okay. One breath, one day at a time."

Unsurprisingly, Stratus' fans had a lot to say about her latest Instagram post.

"You got this," one fan commented.

"Every time I think I'm doing great…you're incredible," another person wrote.

"I'd break my neck if I tried this," an Instagram user said.

Will we see Trish Stratus back in the ring?

Back in July 2025, Stratus squared off against former Women's Champion Tiffany Stratton. At least one of them is open to having a rematch.

"Oh, it was just- I feel like that whole day was just so amazing. I feel like it was like a dream. I'm really proud of that match with me and Trish. I thought we had such a good match together," Stratton said, via Slam Wrestling. "We had amazing chemistry, and Trish, I love her. I love her so much. I wish we could have a round two. But never say never. Maybe she'll come back out of retirement for me."

Who knows? Maybe we'll see Stratus return to the ring later this year for another showdown with Stratton.
