The San Antonio Spurs and Oklahoma City Thunder have been taking turns landing haymakers in the NBA Western Conference finals, so it's no surprise that the winner will be decided Saturday night in a decisive Game 7 (8 p.m. ET, NBC/Peacock).

Victor Wembanyama had 28 points and 10 rebounds Thursday night as the Spurs staved off elimination with a 118-91 victory in San Antonio. Now, back-to-back MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and the defending champion Thunder host Game 7, with the winner getting to face the New York Knicks in the NBA Finals. So…
