Final Injury Report for Sun-Valkyries: Will Brittney Griner, Cecilia Zandalasini Play?
The Connecticut Sun are on the road on Monday night as they travel to take on the Golden State Valkyries in an interconference matchup.
Connecticut enters Monday's game with a 1-6 record after losing on the road to the Seattle Storm on Friday night.
In Friday's loss to the Storm, Diamond Miller led the way for the Sun as she recorded 13 points and three rebounds while Aaliyah Edwards added 10 points and seven rebounds of her own.
Now Connecticut will try to bounce back on Monday as they face off against the Valkyries in a tough road matchup.
On the other side, Golden State enters Monday's contest with a 3-2 record after losing on the road to the Indiana Fever on Friday night.
Tiffany Hayes led the way for the Valkyries in Friday's loss as she ended the game with 19 points, two rebounds and two assists off the bench while Veronica Burton recorded 17 points, three rebounds and three assists.
While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Monday night's matchup, both squads may be without multiple key players due to injuries.
Sun Injury Report: Will Brittney Griner, Olivia Nelson-Ododa Play?
For the Sun, they have two players listed on their injury report as they have listed both Brittney Griner and Olivia Nelson-Ododa as probable.
Connecticut has listed Griner as probable due to a rib injury and she is expected to return from a two-game absence on Monday.
The Sun will face Golden State tomorrow evening on the road.

The Sun have also listed Nelson-Ododa as probable and she is expected to return after missing the last four games with a right ankle sprain.
Valkyries Injury Report: Will Cecelia Zandalasini Play?
On the other side, the Valkyries have three players listed on their injury report, including forward Cecelia Vandalasini.
Golden State has listed Zandalasini as questionable due to a concussion and there is a chance that she could return from a five-game absence if she is able to clear the WNBA's concussion protocol ahead of tipoff.

The Valkyries have also listed Juste Jocyte as questionable due to reconditioning and there is a chance she could make her season debut on Monday while Iliana Rupert has been ruled out due to her pregnancy.
