Annie Agar, the popular NFL influencer who blew up during the COVID-19 pandemic, has officially responded to the weight loss concerns.

The NFL influencer, who has more than 600,000 followers on X and Instagram, and more than 1.1 million followers on TikTok, sparked concern after a new photo was shared to her social media accounts. Agar didn't hold back in her response video.

"The comments have gotten a little out of control. … There's been a lot of comments about Ozempic," Agar said. "First of all, I am not on Ozempic. Kids, don't take Ozempic. … I don't even take Tylenol, because the side effects freak me out. The side effects of Ozempic would put me in therapy. I've learned calories in, calories out is all math. Losing weight's all math.

"I cut out refined sugar and alcohol. I do drink maybe once a week. Sometimes, if there's a country concert, maybe a little bit more. It depends on the week. But I cut out all refined sugar. I don't eat any sugar. And I don't drink. And I just eat whole foods. And I incline walk. It's changed my life."

Agar appreciates people being concerned about her, though she doesn't like the hateful comments.

"I appreciate the comments if it comes from a good place; if it's a place of concern. … Words do hurt," she said. "I've been known to have a bad day or two with comments. So just know that I see them."

Agar added that she will eventually stop sharing personal content if these type of comments don't stop.

"I love letting you into this side of my life where you see different things that I do with my family. I thought you guys kind of wanted to see that in the offseason, maybe, like what else goes on with my life other than football," Agar said. "But if it's gotten to the point where it's a distraction or it's not the content you guys want just let me know and I'll adjust.

"I do love sharing it with you guys, but I just want it to be what you guys want it to be, too. … I just want you to enjoy the content as well."

It's unfortunate that Agar has to deal with this, but when you have a following as big as hers, there are blessings and curses.

The NFL influencer will now look ahead to the 2026 season.
