Diego Pavia Rumor Gets Quickly Shot Down After He Goes Undrafted

A Diego Pavia rumor was quickly shot down after he went undrafted in the 2026 NFL Draft over the weekend.

Pavia, a Heisman Trophy finalist, was not picked in the seven-round 2026 NFL Draft this weekend. He is the first Heisman Trophy finalist to go unselected in 12 years. He'll look to sign as an undrafted free agent.

The former Vanderbilt Commodores quarterback is undersized - he's probably shorter than 5'10 without shoes on - and his personality could rub some people the wrong way.

However, one rumor has quickly been shot down.

Clips have gone viral, of Pavia admitting that he doesn't have an agent. He didn't want to give anyone else his money.

That led to many people assuming that he didn't have an agent for the NFL Draft, which could be a problem, and potentially lead to NFL teams not wanting to draft him or sign him.

However, it's not true.

Pavia has an NFL agent, he didn't have an NIL agent

Pavia didn't have an agent for NIL deals in college. However, he had one ahead of the NFL Draft.

"He is indeed represented," Pro Football Talk reported.

"Pavia is, as it turns out, willing to let somebody take his money - as it relates to his NFL contract. And the fact that he doesn't have a contract yet can't be blamed on not having an agent. Which, frankly, isn't a good sign."

We'll have to see where he lands.
