NFL draft live updates: Will Seahawks make Day 2 picks in second and third rounds?
Day 2 of the NFL draft is upon us, with the Seahawks holding their own picks - Nos. 64 and 96 - in Friday's second and third rounds.
After openly pining after a trade out of Thursday's first round, the Seahawks ended up keeping and making a selection at No. 32.
Running back Jadarian Price was the choice. Despite being a backup at Notre Dame, Price was the clear No. 2 running back option in the draft, behind only his teammate, Jeremiyah Love, who went third overall to the Cardinals.
The pick is not a slam dunk, but Seattle GM John Schneider has earned the benefit of the doubt when it comes to the NFL draft, columnist Mike Vorel writes. Instant grades and reactions from the national media were mixed.
Holding only one pick on Saturday, in the sixth round, for the time being, maybe the wheeling and dealing will come for Schneider on Friday.
Either way, we'll have you covered with the latest on the Seahawks and the rest of the league throughout the 2026 NFL draft.
We'll be updating this page throughout the day. Check back for the latest updates.
