The offense took advantage of six errors, recorded 11 hits, drew nine walks and were plunked five times. Of the 15 hitters, 13 of them reached base. Adna (10-1, 3-0 C2BL) broke the game open with eight runs apiece in the third and fourth innings.

Lena McCloskey had two hits, two RBIs and four runs scored for the Pirates while Avery LaFontaine drove in four runs. Pitchers Charlie Myers and Teagan Baggenstos combined for 10 strikeouts in the circle and also had two RBIs each.

Winlock (1-8, 0-3) saw Kylee Forler notch the lone hit while Cali Geehan and Jasmine Shepherd both drew a walk. The Cardinals will host Onalaska on Thursday while Adna has three more games this week, starting with Seattle Christian on Tuesday.
