Letter: Consider Libertarian presidential ticket of Johnson and Weld
I can’t think of a person I have met who is happy with the presidential candidates we have. Their flaws are too numerous to mention. And regardless of which “lesser of two evils” you have chosen, you know we can do better. Way better.
That said, I’m encouraging each and every one of you to take a look at the Libertarian ticket of Gary Johnson and Bill Weld. I know you won’t agree on every issue with them, I don’t agree with everything any politician puts out. But we are at a crossroads in American history like no other time since the Civil War. You don’t have to cave in to corruption or fear mongering.
To the Republicans who can’t stand Trump, I am with you. But why would you vote for a known corrupt Clinton? And, to the folks who felt the Bern, I invite you to feel the Johnson. Something the Herald editorial board might want to look at as well.
