Letter: No plans to curtail grilling based on ozone levels

You had an above-the-fold front page story July 28 on the high ozone levels in our area nearing the federal limit, (disappointingly, no values were given). We were told to consider buying electric lawn mowers and curtailing our barbequing.

Yet on Page 10A, same issue, I see under air quality that our pollutant was indeed ozone but at 46 (an unidentified value) which qualifies as a very healthy good.

The grilled chicken is so very good, thank you very much EPA and DOE.
