Letter: Cyclists beware on bike paths

There is a new sport in town in the form of reverse jousting.

You will be riding your bike on a non-motorized bike path, when a motorized scooter will come up behind you and push you over. The same scooter will then buzz off while the rider laughs and shouts obscenities.

The offender is riding a blue Cushman-style motorized vehicle last seen operating on the Sacajawea Heritage Trail between the 240 bridge and the 182 bridge at Columbia Point South in Richland.
