Letter: Vote Clint Didier for Congress

Voters of the 4th Congressional District have a choice this election day (Aug. 2). We can re-elect an establishment politician, or we can elect a principled citizen who will represent our values and our patriotism.

So what is an establishment politician? Could it be one who, following his or her election, goes off to the other Washington and immediately courts lobbyists to begin building a re-election war chest? Could it be one who sidles up to failed congressional leadership, supporting continued failure in exchange for committee assignments spitefully taken from those who tried to install new leadership? If that doesn’t sound familiar, you haven’t been following our 4th district congressional representation.

I suggest we support a candidate who will represent our district based on his Christian values and the Constitution of the United States. The name Clint Didier comes to mind. Let’s support him and ask our friends and family to do likewise.
