Letter: Uber service would benefit the Tri-Cities
Uber is a service that will benefit the citizens of the Tri-Cities. Kennewick Mayor Young may not see value, but those of us that have used them in other cities certainly perceive the value.
If the local taxi industry can submit a process to do their own background checks, let them, too.
