Letter: Thanks to Ben Franklin Transit for great service
Recently, I was riding my bike on the bike trail in Pasco. I had left my car at Chiawana Park. It was 96 degrees.
After arriving at 10th and Lewis, I decided it was too hot to ride back to my car. I called the Ben Franklin Transit office to inquire how to catch a bus back to my car. I spoke to two people in the office who were very helpful. I caught two buses to get back to near the park with my bike.
Both bus drivers were very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to sit on the cool bus and arrive back safely to my destination. Thank you, Ben Franklin Transit, for such great service.
