Letter: Ballot isn’t really secret

Just how secret is the ballot we received in the mail when on the outside of the envelope, we have to declare which party we affiliate with and the vote inside the secrecy envelope has to coincide with that party or it is void?

So what I am actually doing is voting for a party so I can mark the nominee that I support. Guess I won't be returning this ballot.
