Letter: Richland a great place to retire
After retiring to the Republic of Panama five years ago from Richland, my wife and I finally determined it was not for us. We decided to return to the United States, and used a decision-making process for choosing the best place, listing all those where we had lived over the years of our lives.
We were actually surprised that Richland came out on top by a wide margin. So here we are again. What a great place!
