Letter: Parks’ comments on Latinos not biggest problem facing our country

I read all the comments about Kennewick Councilman Bob Parks’ comments about Latinos, and I can’t believe such hypocrisy from people.

Some of you are supporting Donald Trump, who is the most rude, pedantic, bigoted individual running for president. Others are supporting a woman who has been involved allegedly in illegal doings but so far has escaped charges. If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck then it must be a duck.

While I don’t condone Parks’ remarks, people should spend their time on what’s going on in our nation and don’t sweat the small stuff. By the way, Latinos are not the only illegal immigrants, so don’t assume this issue only applies to them.
