Letter: Take pets to a facility instead of abandoning them

I would like to address this letter to the cruel, ugly people who drop their dogs and other animals off to get rid of them on Taylor Flats Road in Pasco.

Your dog that was dropped off April 5 is afraid of us trying to help it, and has been running in the middle of the road. He or she will most likely be hit by a car or a truck and killed. Maybe that is what you intended. Please, people, take your animal to a facility that can re-home it.

I am so angry; this is all I can write.
