Letter: Thanks to Tri-City Chaplaincy for care and patience in difficult times
Recently the Goodwill Industries of the Columbia family lost a coworker to a tragedy. Our team was very sad at this loss, with many overwhelmed by grief.
To support our colleagues, we needed a community partner. We called Tri-City Chaplaincy. The Chaplaincy responded with unexpected speed by sending four care providers to run group and individual grief support sessions that allowed our staff and program participants to process the tragedy. They remained for most of the day and displayed an amazing amount of care and patience.
We are incredibly grateful for their passion for helping others through difficult times. We send our heartfelt thanks to them and would recommend their services to anyone facing difficulties. They are a blessing in our community.
