Letter: Thanks for Ben Franklin Transit’s Dial-A-Ride program

I would like to express my appreciation for Ben Franklin Transit’s Dial-A-Ride program.

Because of this program my mother is able to get out to exercise her body and mind. Without it, she would lose another level of independence that is very important.

The drivers are all so helpful and friendly, they are the frosting on the cake. For someone who would be largely homebound without this service, it is a lifesaver.
