Letter: Leave Cam Newton alone and let him dance

Today I have an incredible headache. I am so very tired of the state of the union, i.e., the United States of America! You do not see my Cherokee or my French. You see my teasing tan, focus on my African, and attach mostly negative stereotypes. And, so it goes with Cam Newton.
Leave Cam Newton alone! This manner of celebrating has been an issue before with other black football players. If he’s not breaking a rule and/or law, please leave Cam Newton alone! Nelson Mandela danced at his inauguration and I danced with him for the joy of it.
So dance, little brother, dance! Show them how we do it!
