Letter: Why are gas prices higher in Tri-Cities than elsewhere in state?

I have a question for the folks who own the local gas stations. Are we the people of the Tri-Cities so rich that we are still paying more than $2 dollars a gallon for gas?

Sure the price is a lot better then what we paid in the past, but in the rest of the state it’s only $1.89 or less per gallon. Seems to me that the station owners are just ripping us off. Don’t give us the excuse that you have to truck or barge in gas on the rivers. Don’t do it. That doesn’t cut through the hogwash.
