Letter: Vote ‘no’ on Kennewick school levy

I will vote no on all Kennewick school issues until they make a definitive decision on what they are doing with a perfectly good school, such as Desert Hills Middle School.

The board has rushed to build a new school without a decision on the old school. If you, the taxpayers have not seen the current school they are abandoning, you should go and take a look. At least, this could be utilized for a elementary school. They could get rid of the portables and still have a very nice school.

This is not good governance of your tax dollars.
