Letter: Thanks to Christmas angel for turning in wedding ring
I received my Christmas gift early this year.
On Dec. 22 while shopping at the Richland Winco store, I unknowingly lost my beloved wedding ring, given to me by my husband 48 years ago. After searching my home and car, I surmised that it must have slipped off of my finger while shopping on my only outing of the day to Winco.
To my unbelievable happy surprise, my Christmas angel had found my prize procession and given it to a Winco checker, who reported the find to store management. It was definitely a miracle to me that I was able to get my ring back the very day that I lost it.
We all know that Christmas is a time of belief and giving, but this was a sign to me that there are still many honest, caring and wonderful people in this world and my Christmas angel is definitely one of those people.
