Letter: Don’t punish all drone owners for the actions of a few
Just to be clear, the owners of a drone or unmanned aerial system are being registered, not the drone/UAS!
Respective of that, I have yet to locate any information wherein the Federal Aviation Administration has any legal right to force said individuals to register with the FAA because they own a piece of equipment.
Sounds like the mandatory gun registration debate to me. Let’s punish every legitimate owner for the actions of some idiots.
