Letter: Kennewick won’t remove abandoned car from neighborhood
I have a car that was towed into my neighborhood four weeks ago and abandoned. The city of Kennewick told me because the car had current tabs and is parked, they could do nothing.
Now I have a junked car that will sit for seven to eight more months. Something should be done about this.
