Letter: Thanks to city of Richland for boat parade celebration
Howard Amon Park was the perfect venue for the boat parade celebration. There were many fun family activities in the park and community house. The weather was cooperative too!
Thank you city of Richland, and I hope we can look forward to more of the same next year.
