Letter: Disparity in pay between judges and police who risk their lives
Congrats to Judge Bob Ingvalson on his retirement. My best wishes to him, along with my thanks.
Just wanted to point out one thing. After seeing what his annual salary was, am I the only one who finds it odd that the men and women who risk their lives on a daily basis to bring the criminal elements into court so that justice can be dispensed by judges receive, on an average, less than half the pay as the judge?
Seems to me there is a disparity there.
Just one man’s opinion.
