Letter: Fix to aquatic center, G-Way problem

We have two on-going, long-term problems: 1. an aquatic center that can’t find funding or a home, and 2. that gaping hole on G-Way that has yet to turn into anything.

Let’s waterproof the hole, fill it with water and solve both problems.
