Citizens need candidates who are informed and willing to go that extra mile to ensure that our values and interests are heard.
The Tri-City Herald states that, “Neomi Garza has lived in West Richland for a number of years and runs a construction company in the community. She has done her homework on many issues and regularly attends city council meetings.”
This tells me she is the clear choice for West Richland.
