Letter: Vote Boehnke for Kennewick City Council

I endorse Matt Boehnke for Kennewick City Council.

I have known Matt since high school and have always been impressed by his humble, caring and positive character. I’m excited an upstanding person is running for office.

Matt is someone I can trust to make and support decisions that are the very best for our community.

Matt is very interested in feedback from his fellow Kennewick neighbors, and I can tell when talking to him, he is eager to do what it takes to improve our city. He is very easy to talk to, is a great listener and ready to put words into action.

Matt will be a great leader on city council because he has proven for years to be committed to excellence in the many roles he has been given — son, brother, husband, father, military serviceman, and many supervisory management roles.

I 100 percent believe his campaign pledge: “I’m committed to making your voice heard in Kennewick. Like you, I want to play an active role in making my community, state and country a safer, better place to raise my children, run my business, and forge a future filled with unlimited promise.” Vote for Matt!
