Letter: Pasco school administrators should work under teachers’ conditions
Imagine ... Saundra Hill (or anyone else at the Pasco School District office this involves) going to work and no longer having a district-supplied vehicle, minimal taxpayer money to do the job, no supplies, no assistants, black mold in the building, rats, or other unsafe or unhealthy structural issues, no bonuses, only making what the state allots, the same health care package as the certificated and classified employees, and being told to figure out how to do the job, while the state has all the taxpayer money in reserve but tells them they cannot afford to provide quality curriculum or fair pay!
Would they trudge back in to the building to work like good little soldiers as they were told?
